"captivatingly simple and reverent"
Áine Mallon is a gifted young composer, musician and facilitator with a fun, informative and direct way of engaging with young people. She worked on our project in connection with the BBC Ten Pieces programme and devised workshops influenced by Kerry Andrew’s commission for Ten Pieces “No Place Like”. Working with a number of primary schools she introduced the idea of graphic scoring and helped them each compose, create and perform their individual scores with really positive responses from children & teachers alike.
“Áine Mallon is a talented and highly motivated composer and I have no doubt she has a great future ahead of her”
“A real star to watch”
